Perhaps you have been deep down the rabbit hole of being your own health advocate or maybe you are working with a doctor or health professionals to guide your journey but still want clarity to your best road map … I am a great resource and fact checker to help narrow down the optimal flow for your healing journey. I will review the supplements , protocols and food systems you have either tried or want to try. I can support in what devices or home healing gadgets are truly worth your time and money. Let me be your truth advocate and make sure you are being given the most clear picture to what your health and wellness mind map should look like. We can meet on zoom or In the clinic and then the end result of the hour consult i will then spend a few days gathering and confirming all your steps and items needed to begin your plan. You will be provided a Google document outlining outline. We then will have one more zoom or in person 30 minute meeting to review the outline. This also includes 1 month biweekly check ins for any questions or changes that may arise in the plan that need to be reviewed.
